My country–in foreigners’ eyes

I just came back from the graduation party for seniors.

In the graduation party, at usual, there were some performance going on.Performers  made funny performance or created some funny story in  order to gain the laughters.Well , this is Japanese style.

In the last performance, on the stage, one of the performer ,Mr A,said that he knew how to handle with the "pickpocketing  ".There were hundreds of student  at the party watching the performance. Then , the performer asked the other one,Mr.B  to "pretend" to steal the wallet from him.
As the Mr.B "is stealing " the wallet, Mr.A shouted—"Malaysia".?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

?????????????????What does this do with  how to deal will pickpocket??I think there is nothing to do with. Mr A just wanted to hold Malaysia up to ridicule.
At that time , my Loas fren look at me for few seconds to see my reaction,to look whether I am angry .Even though  I was angry but  struggled to make a slight smile on my face .

May be you will feel confuse on what I am trying to said.

Well , Mr.A and his classmate had gone to Malaysia for their graduation vacation at Malaysia and  S’pore.I thought may be tour guide or somebody else had told them the severe crime rate in Malaysia. And i think this is the cause of the bad images  remain  in their mind.

By the way, I also experience the same thing tat Japanese wont eat the food at food stall which  we call it Kopitiam,or mamak. When I was in KL,I had worked as one day tour guide for the Japanese High school students before. Then, as i asked them to eat the delicious roti canai, they refused. They told me tat their teacher told them not to eat at the food stall as it is not good  to  the stomach.

Hmm…… Malaysia has twin tower,KLIA,Putrajaya…but the safety of the country had scared many away. I hope the people who rule the country will pay more attn on such matters. Many of the leaders nowadays are graduated from overseas, I think they must have such experience before.Malaysia= crime.Malaysia=in the jungle,…bad images in the some or many foreigners’ eyes.

I have to thank to gov to grant a chance  studying abroad. It have enlarged my view and made me  proud of my  country and fight for the country. It made me realised that If all 20millions Malaysian citizens worked hard, our country will be a strong country .And every country has its own good character and bad character.I also learned the lesson tat  dont believe the advertisement which telling you tat XXX country is beautiful and blalbalbal…..it is all advertisement.
